Orders canceled are subject to a 6% processing fee, which will be deducted from your total order amount. The remaining balance will be credited within 7-10 working days. Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are not available for orders where production has begun or that have been shipped. You Agree and Confirm

Customers are advised to ensure the accuracy and completeness of delivery information provided. Any discrepancies leading to a return and subsequent reshipment , the customer shall be liable for any associated delivery charges. For damage claims, an unboxing video is mandatory and must be forwarded to our official WhatsApp number (+91 7880101036) or email address (support@lovingcrafts.in). Please be advised that Loving Crafts (www.lovingcrafts.in) assumes no liability for delivery delays attributable to courier or postal services.

Complaint regarding product:

We are committed to resolving any defects in our products. Please contact us to facilitate a satisfactory resolution. Replacement processing may take 10-15 business days. Returns are not permissible for products that have been tampered with, are in a used condition, or are returned with damaged packaging. To address any complaints or issues related to your order, please contact support@lovingcrafts.in within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
