Order Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled will incur a 6% processing fee.
  • The remaining amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are not possible once production has started or after the order has been shipped.

Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.
  • If an incorrect address results in a return & reshipment, additional delivery charges will apply.

Damage / Defect Claims

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please share an unboxing video as proof.

  • Once approved, replacement processing will take 10–15 business days.

Returns

Due to the custom & handmade nature of our products, returns are not accepted except in case of damage or wrong item.

Items will not be eligible for replacement if:

  • The product is used or tampered with
  • Packaging is damaged
  • Proof of unboxing is not provided

Shipping Delays

We do our best to deliver on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics partners. But rest assured we will be helping you to sort it out.
